He is survived by a son Jon Kowal of Pinebluff, NC; a daughter Dawn Sievers (Michael) of Pinebluff, NC; a sister Judy Schoeder of MI. and 1 grandchild Jordan Kunik. A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Friday, September 19, 2014 at Crumpler Funeral Home 40229 US Hwy 1 Aberdeen, NC. Burial will be in the Pinebluff City Cemetery.
