Mr. Harris Daniel Williams of 286 Falling Tree Road died Sunday, August 26, 2012 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 85. Mr. Williams was born in Duplin County on October 4, 1926 to the late Robert James Williams and Lucy Rivenbark. Survivors are a son, Michael C. Williams of Fayetteville; a brother, William B. Williams of Sun City West, AZ; a sister, Lila Creasey of Richmond, VA; two grandchildren, Brittany Williams and Shannon Williams. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Ave, Raeford, NC 28376. Graveside Memorial Service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at LaFayette Memorial Park Cemetery, Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC.
