Fred was born in Robeson County on May 24, 1985. He was preceded in death by Mother Wanda Kaye Strickland.
He is survived by his father Ira Frederick Locklear Sr. of Shannon, NC; two sisters Tasha Chavis and her husband Ronnie of Wagram, NC and Zakayla Locklear of Shannon, NC; a brother Ivan Locklear of Ohio; six nieces Talaya Tyler, Kelsey Tyler, Kaleigha Hunt, Hanna Chavis, Isla Locklear, and Aurora Locklear; a nephew William Locklear; two great nieces and a great nephew; also, a host of family and friends.
A private memorial service will be held later.
