Mary Ann Boone of 415 Midway Drive died Saturday, February 4, 2012 in her home at the age of 91. Ms. Boone was born in Hoke County on July 4, 1920 to the late Daniel and Lizar Butler Roberts. She is preceded in death by her husband, William A. Boone. Survivors include: two nephews, Howard Batton and Johnnie "Buck" Batton, both of Raeford; one niece, Virginia Willis of Raeford. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC 28376. A Memorial Graveside Service will be 3:00 PM, Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Parker United Methodist Church with Reverend James Wilhide officiating.
