Mary Ann Bowen

Mrs. Mary Ann Bowen of Fayetteville died Friday, May 8, 2015 at the age of 77. Mrs. Bowen was born August 1, 1937 in Atlanta, GA. to the late Charles and Annabelle Ziegler Moss. She attended Galatia Presbyterian Church and Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Within the churches she was involved in the choir, circle and Childrens Fellowship. She is survived by her husband David Bowen, Sr. of Fayetteville, 5 sons, Art Diehl and his wife Jean of Fayetteville, Charlie Diehl and his wife Jennifer of Raleigh, Harry Diehl and his wife Darlene of Charlotte, Dave Bowen, Jr. of Matthews, Chris Bowen of Lake City, FL and 1 grandson Sam Diehl. Visitation will be held 6-8 pm Monday, May 11, 2015 at Crumpler Funeral Home 131 Harris Ave. Raeford, and after the service in the Galatia Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Galatia Presbyterian Church, officiated by Pastor Neil Smith, Ruling Elder Herman Autry, and Reverend Dwight Jackson. Interment will be in Galatia Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
