Omar Ali

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Vanessa Ross, and his brothers, Dwight Ross, and Charles McQueen.

After graduating High School Omar joined the Marines. Later in life he worked in construction and Real Estate in New York. He was a brainiac and was an ardent jazz listener. He was adventurous and funny. Omar loved life and life loved him.

He is survived by his son, Darren Harriston (Shay), a daughter Luciana (Ross) Glenn, and a second son, Herbert Lewis Ross Jr (Obn: Omar Ali Jr.); his sisters, Caroline (Ross) Scott, Melissa Ross, and Sharon Ross; his brothers, Timmy Ross, Donald Ross, Ronald Ross, and Vincent Ross, and a host of nieces and nephews; grandchildren; and great grandchildren who will miss him dearly.
