Mrs. Ruby Jo Woodell of 240 Raymond Moore Lane, Lillington, formerly of Raeford, died Saturday, July 23, 2011 at her home at the age of 85. Mrs. Woodell was born in Jacksonville, FL on July 12, 1926, to the late John and Callie Thompson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie W. Woodell and her son Charles Michael Woodell and her grandson. She is survived by three daughters, Judy W. Moore and her husband Steve of Lillington, NC.; Kathy Lynn Woodell of Angier, NC.; Jan W. Taylor and her husband Scott of Matthews, NC.; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Graveside Services will be 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 24, 2011 at the Raeford Cemetery directed by Crumpler Funeral Home in Raeford.
