Steven McLeod

He was born the third son to Mary Margaret Gibbs and Thomas Wayne McLeod on June 4th, 1971.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

He is survived by his three children, Mary Elizabeth McLeod (28), Joshua Robert McLeod (26), and Caleb Andrew McLeod (24), his father, Thomas McLeod, his two brothers and their spouses, James McLeod and his wife DeAnna, and David McLeod and his wife Brenda, and his many nieces and nephews.

Steven graduated from Auburn University in June 1993 with a Bachelors in Math Education, and in 1998 with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. After graduating, he eventually became a civil engineer for the US Government working on military bases. Steven was a lifelong Auburn fan, and an avid fan of Jeopardy. Steven will be remembered for his love for his family.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 12:30 pm at Peoples Chapel Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to a charity of your choice.
