Angie was born on August 5, 1969 in Galion, Ohio to Larry Herman and Nancy Sue Williams Cox.
She earned her Associates Degree at Durham Technical Community College, and worked for Nortel and SAS. She enjoyed making memories with friends and family at the lake, traveling the world on cruises, cheering on UNC basketball, and loving on her dogs Gracie, Ramsey, and Tealy. She was an active member of the Raleigh Elks Lodge.
Angie is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Herman and Katherine Cox of Virginia; her maternal grandparents, John and Kathleen Williams of Ohio; and several wonderful aunts and uncles.
In addition to her parents, Angie is survived by her sons, Kyle McKinley and Chase McKinley; her brother, Chad Cox; her sister-in-law, Allison Cox; and her partner, Sonja Orne.
A funeral service will be held in the Mausoleum Chapel of Raleigh Memorial Park (7501 Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, NC 27612) at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
