Angie Lauren Stanley

Angie Lauren Stanley, 33, passed away on June 8, 2022 due to a car accident. Born on July 27, 1988 in Raleigh, NC at Rex Hospital; she was the cherished daughter of K. Glenn Stanley and Debra Renfrow Stanley, of Raleigh.

Angie was free-spirited, uncomplicated and a lover of the simple things in life. She loved her parents, her home, and was blessed with many friends. Angie never met a stranger and was always willing to listen and encourage others. Her door was always open. Always accepting and non-judgmental, she enjoyed other people for who they were and not what they were. She was a loyal friend.

An adventurer, Angie traveled throughout the United States. She loved to experience new surroundings. She was also an amazing swimmer, loving to dive in any type of water. Flip flops, sand and the beach were her greatest pleasures. She loved animals, especially her cats. She never missed a chance to hold, kiss, love or talk to them. Always calm, loving and carefree, Angie had a beautiful heart! She will never, ever be forgotten.

Angie is remembered by her loving parents; her paternal grandparents, J.D. and Lellon Stanley, her extended family and many friends.

A Service Celebrating Angie's Life was held on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at 2 pm at Temple Baptist Church in Raleigh.
