Mrs. Calverley was, born August 21, 1927 in Sylva, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Charles Bullock and Kathleen Bain Bullock. She is preceded in death by her husband Fred Calverley.
She survived by her daughters, Jean Goodwin and husband Wayne, Sue Calverley, Lori Dodson and husband Haley, and Lynn Hayes and husband Robert all of Raleigh; five grandchildren, Wendi and husband Chuck, Christopher, Katelyn, Sarah and Julia, two great-grandchildren, Sasha and Ezrie; special sister-in-law, Becky.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, with visitation at 1:00 PM, on Monday, January 27, 2014 in the Wynne Center of Brown-Wynne Funeral Home 300 Saint Mary’s Street Raleigh.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
