I met Charles some 40+ years ago when I began working in the personnel office at what was then the Division of Facility Services (Jails and Detention was a unit within this office). Every time I saw Charles he had a smile on his face and a story to tell, always good for entertainment. He was delighted when, a few years later, I married another Charles Hall. Even after Charles F. retired, I continued to cross paths with him when grocery shopping at Cameron Village. For years I saw him almost every time I was in Fresh Market and enjoyed catching up. I've missed seeing him over the past several years and eventually found out that he'd moved to a facility in Garner. I offer my sympathy and condolences to the Hall family at this time of loss.

Cheryl Hall (Mrs. Charles T.)
