Clara was a member of Sacred Heart Church/ Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh for over 30 years. She served as an active member in the US Army and graduated from Maryland University as a Terp. Life experiences guided her into the insurance industry for well over 40 years. Clara worked tirelessly as a claims adjuster and earned her CPCU designation along the way. She has always been a giver through many charities she felt close to her heart and gave selflessly as a dedicated mother and grandmother. Everyone who met Clara knew she was to the point, loved her family and friends to the moon and back, and dedicated herself to everything in her life from work to home.
Clara is predeceased by her father Ray. She is survived by her mother Esther; sister Connie and family in Montana; her daughter Christie; and grandchildren Michael, Skylar, and Isabella in North Carolina.
Mass of Christian Funeral to be held at Sacred Heart Church, 200 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27603 on July 22, 2023 at 11 am.
