Clarence is survived by his wife, Jewell Wall; his daughter, Phyllis Wall Rohn; his 3 sisters, Tula Garner, Joan Searcy, and Jean Gresham; his 4 grandchildren, Amy Rohn, Keri Nycorczuk, Kim Walther, and Brian Rohn; and 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Clarence will be held Friday, September 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612, with a Celebration of Life held in Pennsylvania at a later date.
