David James Smith, age 70, of Raleigh, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021. David was born August 24, 1951.
A funeral service for David was held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Smith Family Cemetery.
