She graduated from Millbrook High School in 1987.
She was a homeschool teacher and was actively involved in her church Catch The Fire of Raleigh. She was an avid Christian who loved God with all of her while serving others. She was an amazing dancer and that’s actually how she meet Jorge her husband. She, loved photography and butterflies. She was a fantastic wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. So many, too many to count; are going to miss her yet are at peace because she is with God and not in pain anymore.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Aunts and Uncles.
She is survived by her loving husband Jorge Barcenas Morales, her amazing sons Emanual and Tomas. Her parents Bill and Vickie Wade, her sister Debbey Wade-Dias, her brother John Wade. Her nieces Celina Wade, Alex Schaffner, and Ella Schaffner.
The family would like to thank you for the care and compassion you all showed Denise on her final days.
A funeral service was held on Monday, April 8, at Catch the Fire Church on Page Road. Entombment followed in Raleigh Memorial Park Mausoleum.
If you want to send flowers, she loved carnations and no lilies! 😊 And if you want to donate in her honor, please do so to the ovarian cancer society.
