Donnas was born and raised in San Francisco, and raised in Palo Alto, CA. She attended Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, CA. Donna spent many years in the clothing industry as a seamstress. She was a very creative and crafty person, and considered herself a cat person.
Donna is survived by her son, Ronald, and his wife, Samantha of Morrisville, NC; granddaughter, Elizabeth; niece, Kati Peebles-Bish, of Sacramento, CA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald W. Taylor, and her parents, Barbara Ann and Donald Peebles.
A Graveside Service will be held at National Memorial Cemetery at Quantico, on October 22, 2026, at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Donna's name made be directed to SAFE Haven for Cats, by using the link below, under 'Donations'.
