Doris Frazier Baldwin

Doris Frazier Baldwin passed away on May 4, 2022. She was born on June 10, 1935, in Randolph County, NC, to the late Edgar Colon Frazier and Margaret Smith Frazier. She spent most of her adult life in Raleigh. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Max Elam Baldwin; daughter, Ann Baldwin Harris and husband Lawrence Worth Harris III and their children, Sarah Ann Harris and Georgia Craven Harris; and son, John Frazier Baldwin and wife Kari Trumbull Baldwin and their children, John Trumbull Baldwin and William Frazier Baldwin. Of special importance to her were times with family and friends, and also First Baptist Church programs, of which she was a participant for over 50 years. A graveside memorial service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh, NC, on Saturday, May 21 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Endowment Fund, 99 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC 27603. Service arrangements are with Brown-Wynne, 300 Saint Mary's St. Raleigh.
