Was born to Molly Graham Johnson on October 9th 1976, in Fremont, CA and was raised in Northern California a place Eddie was very proud of and if you knew him well, he would always represent Cali. Eddie was a caring brother in his early years who loved both of his brothers and Sister. As a youth Eddie found a love for football which was almost as deep as a love for his family. Football would mold Eddie for the rest of his life. Eddie continued his life traveling and eventually bringing him to Chicago, IL where he met the love of his life Tiffany. Tiffany and Eddie met in 2003 and instantly knew they were soul mates and loved each other deeply. Eddie was a great family man who enjoyed spending days watching football cheering on the GREEN BAY PACKERS with his wife at his side rooting with. He loved his Children more than life itself and has instilled great values in them that they will keep with them as they continue to grow and mature into wonderful people. Anyone that knews Eddie would say he had a great passion for food, something that was instilled in him by his mother. Every dish that Eddie prepared was made with love. He was the man in the kitchen making sure everyone's palettes were pleased. His cooking was pure perfection, which he had dreams of sharing his passion of food with everyone.

He is survived by his loving wife Tiffany Johnson AKA his chocolate legs. Daughters Paris, LaTisha, Mya, and only Son Adam. My heart goes out to you. I know you and Eddie through your Mom and I have heard so much about Eddie, especially his great cooking. I saw firsthand how good he is at moving furniture. The times I have been around him, I was so impressed with him attitude, his wonderful energy and his sense of humor. He could make you laugh seemingly without even trying. He will be missed tremendously. This is going to be a difficult time for you, but always remember you have a friend who will be by your side through it all. Always hold on to God's unchanging hand and he will see you through.
Rest in Peace Eddie, and I know everyone who knew you look forward to the time when you will be with us again on the day of resurrection. God has you now and your future is in his hands, death is not the end!
God Bless and Keep all of you!

A Reminiscence

YES, thou art gone! and never more
Thy sunny smile shall gladden me;
But I may pass the old church door,
And pace the floor that covers thee.

May stand upon the cold, damp stone,
And think that, frozen, lies below
The lightest heart that I have known,
The kindest I shall ever know.

Yet, though I cannot see thee more,
'Tis still a comfort to have seen;
And though thy transient life is o'er,
'Tis sweet to think that thou hast been;

To think a soul so near divine,
Within a form so angel fair,
United to a heart like thine,
Has gladdened once our humble sphere.

Eddie, although I only knew you for a short while, you touched my life with your smile. Every week your upbeat attitude and endless energy made an otherwise unpleasant experience not bad at all. I will miss you as I am sure many of your other patients will. RIP "big Eddie"!!

This has been a nightmare. I keep thinking its a joke and you're going to come in the office and ask why are we crying. Beverly, Michelle and I have had a rough week without you, and it's not getting any better. All of your spoiled patients are devastated as well as the whole team. I'm glad you knew that we loved you and you loved us just the same. The 3 sisters are a little lost right now but we know God will see us thru. We will never forget you! Love ya brother!
