Elizabeth Jane Fulton

Elizabeth (Betty) West Fulton died November 4, 2014. She was born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late William and Mabel West on June 12, 1925. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Irvin Harry Fulton.

Betty is survived by her sons, Stephen Fulton and wife Anna of Coon Rapids, MN; Gary Fulton and wife Jane of Raleigh; five grandchildren: Heather Curtis (Larry), Tawni Fulton, Jeff Fulton, Laura Fischer (Jeff), Carol Orban (Jimmy); and four great-grandchildren: Brad Schweninger (Haley), Blake Schweninger, Owen Fischer, and Grayson Orban.

A graveside service will be held on a future date at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C.

Betty lived at Abbotswood at Stonehenge prior to moving to Glenaire in Cary. Her family thanks the staff at Abbotswood and Glenaire for their loving care.

The family will receive friends Tues., Nov. 11th from 3-6 pm at the home of Gary Fulton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the The Presbyterian Homes Foundation for the Glenaire Resident Assistance Endowment (The Presbyterian Homes, Inc. 2109 Sandy Ridge Rd.,Colfax, NC 27235) or a charity of choice.
