Dear Al-Abdalli family,

It greives me deeply to hear of the loss of my special freind. I know you are in terrible distress now, and all I can do is to pray for comfort for your whole family.
Emad and myself spent a great deal of time together on FOB Cobra in Iraq, and we shared a great deal of our lives and upbringing with each other. Learning even though we were raised oceans and worlds apart, we had the same dreams and beliefs.
If possible I would count it an honor if someone from the family would get in touch with me. Email

I will truly miss my brother from another mother! (This was what I would call myself to Emad when we emailed each other. It was something special between us.)

My heart aches for your family as it does for myself.

God Bless you all,
Randy Wilson

Emad will always be one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. The difference he made in the lives of people around him was clear. Not only that, but his sense of humor made everything seem as though it was going to be okay. Emad's pride in his life and his family was remarkable. If more people could be even half the person Emad was, this world would be a better place. I am so glad to have known him and so glad to have been able to meet his family. My heart goes out to you in this time and I hope that you are able to move forward knowing that someone truly good is looking over you.

To Emad's family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Emad was a wonderful, kind person, and I am grateful to have known and worked with him. I had lunch with Emad a few days before he passed away, and he told me all about his family. He spoke of you all with such pride and love in his voice. I am sure you all know how much he loved you, as he was not shy about telling anyone how wonderful his kids and wife are.

My sincerest condolences to all of you. Emad will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Emad you have been like the father i never had to me and my best friend. I have always been able to come to you with any question i had. you didnt always give me the answer i wanted to hear but always the one i needed to hear.I have so many stories and memories that make me laugh, ill never forget a day at work when the A.C. was broken and we tried to open up and it was just to hot so we took two chairs outside put up a sign that said its to hot to cook and to hot to eat and we just sat out there talking about nothing and everything at the same time. If i can do half the things in my lifetime that you where able to do in yours i know i will be a better person for it, thank you for always being there for a ear to listen a shoulder to lean on and a kick in the butt when i needed it. You will be forever missed and remembered my friend i Love you.Debbie, Summer, Jenna and Ben i know you have heard it countless times and you know im sure more than i do but Emad was a beautiful and amazing person and im so sorry for your loss, you are all my family and if ever you need anything i am here love you all.
