She was a native and resident of Raleigh and a Cary HS graduate. Eva retired from Continental Baking Company and was an active Charter Member of Emmanuel PH Church.
She was predeceased by parents, Roy and Clara Morgan; husband, Billy R. Waters; and brothers, Raymond and Nathan Morgan.
Eva is survived by sisters, Lillie M. Grissom and Marjorie Townes-Hough; brother, Floyd Morgan and wife Ann; many nieces; nephews; and countless friends.
Flowers are acceptable or contributions may be made to Emmanuel PH Church, 521 Polk St., Raleigh, NC 27604.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 12:00 pm at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 300 St. Mary’s St., Raleigh with visitation one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will follow at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens.
