Frances West, 92, passed away on July 4, 2026. Born on November 30, 1933 in Bronx, New York; she was the daughter of the late Morris Kasirsky and Bella Goldberg Kasirsky, wife of the late Charles Bernard West, sister of Gilbert Kasirsky and Family, of New Hope, PA and mother of Larry West and Family, of Cary, NC and the late Lori West Gardner and Family, of Santa Clarita California.
In addition to her brother and son, she is survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at Mitchell Funeral Home in Raleigh, North Carolina. Follow by Shiva at the home of her son, Larry.
In lieu of flowers the Family asks for donations to the Susan B. Komen Foundation in memory of Lori Gardner.
