Mimi, I am sorry to hear of Frank’s passing, he was a real gentleman.  I am thinking  of things he enjoyed,  Bertram boats, Ducks Unlimited, duck hunting & the “Creek House”.  He and Russell took me to the first Raleigh Ducks Unlimited banquet in 1967.  We made memories that will last forever.

Mimi,  I am sadden to learn of Frank’s passing.   Without his guidance and support during my years with Ragsdale and Liggett I would not be where I am today.  He was definitely the best of the best lawyer, father and husband.  You are in my thoughts and prayers. 

Very sad news to hear of Frank's passing. Each and every pers￼on in the Ragsdale Liggett family he created made working there a wonderful experience. I learned so much and it was simply the best place I ever worked.  He will be remembered and celebrated. My heartfelt condolences to David and the entire family, and to the Ragsdale Liggett family as well.  

Frank was the 100% definition of a southern gentleman. He truly impacted so many lives that we will never truly know his reach & impact. He was a mentor to me personally & I am / will be forever grateful of  my time spent with him. Mimi, David, and the entire family - please know that our thoughts are with each of you ! As next door neighbors in Morehead City, we have cherished memories of Frank.  Always with a smile, telling stories of hunting, fishing, or simply reminiscing, every word was worth the listen.  A true gentleman and we will miss him but hold dearly our memories of a friend and neighbor.
