She was a wife, mother, grandma, greatma, sister, aunt and friend. Those who knew her best were able to experience the love she possessed and so freely gave to those around her. Her loyalty and devotion to her family was unmatched - she loved and cherished everyone. When she was in the presence of any of her siblings, she’d almost become a child again- laughing and carrying on telling stories of the past.
Nothing thrilled her more than to talk with or about her grandchildren and great grandchildren - they were her pride and joy. She was indeed “grand” and “great”. Her love as mother was always unconditional- she loved her sons endlessly. She was a wife who was steadfast, and faithfully served her husband for 69 years. She was a gift to us all and she will be greatly missed. May she rest in the loving arms of Jesus.
