Inge M. Davis, age 66, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013 in Raleigh, NC, to the great shock of all that knew her. She fought a wicked battle to stay with the ones she loved. She was born on September 22, 1946 in Jenkintown, PA. Her parents were Richard Michel and Mathilde Wiedenmann.
After graduating from Green Mountain College, Inge spent many years serving the Agriculture Industry and was widely respected. Inge dedicated her life to helping those in need. She was incredibly smart, organized, strong and brave. In the face of overwhelming danger she always seized the optimistic, righteous path. She loved aerobic exercise and spent many hours with her friends in the gym. Her early unexpected passing leaves a tremendous vacuum that can never be filled. Her persistence, faith and knowledge saved her loving husband, Warren Davis's life twice, a debt he was not able to repay. She will always be his guiding light, inspiration and love. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Nichols, grandchildren, Alexander, Westley and Lelan, as well as her sisters, Charlotte Shott and Virginia Fayer.
Memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association, in memory of Inge. Condolences and special memories can be shared at www.MitchellatRMP.com.
