

James S. Dailey of Garner, NC passed away on May 26th 2026 at the age of 83. He was born on April 17, 1943 in Easton, PA. He grew up in Phillipsburg, NJ. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, strength, loyalty, and unconditional love. There will never be another quite like him the sweetest, craziest, funniest soul with a heart bigger than most people could imagine. The world is a little quieter without him, but the stories, laughter, and love he gave us will live on forever.
Poppy always said Family was the most important thing in this world.
James is preceded in death by his first wife Janice Wise, second wife Marie Lane; daughter, Colleen Dutcher; Son, Todd Dailey grandson, Curtis Dutcher; mother, Anna Trauger; Father, James M. Dailey.
He is survived by his twin brother John Dailey; sister, Jacqueline Senick; son, James N. Dailey(wife Patty); Grandchildren, Kimberly Norton (husband Jon), Krystal Rivers-Dutcher(wife Spencer), Kyle Dutcher(wife Paula), Kelsey Keller(husband Edgar), Amy Dutcher; Great Grandchildren, Bradyn, Paisley, Alivia, Isabella, Blake, Collen, Mia, Adriana, Bennett, Catalina, Sawyer, Gavin, Sebastian and Mateo. Granddogs Mili, Brick and Maddie.
The family would like to thank Joan Abrans, Gloria Kelly and the rest of the staff from Pruitthealth for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in his final days.
Services and Burial will be in Easton, PA announced at a later date
