Janice Carol Gray

Janey retired from Airborne after more than 30 years in the customer service department. She enjoyed crosswords, watching cooking shows, HGTV, and relaxing at her home. In the past, Janey and her lifelong companion Bobby enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson. Most of all Janey will be remembered for her kind, gentle and easy going personality and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was predeceased by her sister Shirley Poole and brother-in-law Everette House.

Janey is survived by her lifelong companion Bobby Z. Turner of Garner, her sisters: Sandra Gray of Raleigh, and Betty House of Rocky Mount, brother in law Woody Poole of Myrtle Beach, nieces Terry Best and husband Jeff of Belhaven, and Debbie High and husband Steve of Rocky Mount, 4 great nieces, one great nephew, 3 great-great nephews and 2 great-great nieces.

A Memorial Service will be held 11 am Friday August 21, 2015 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home 300 Saint Mary's St. Raleigh, NC 27605
