Jean, Jane and I have been friends since the third grade. We have had so many good times together and I was so happy she made it to our class reunion. I will miss our phone calls and texts. Brittany and Bryan, My computer was down for the last two days so I didn't find out about Jean until this morning.   So very sorry to hear about Jean's passing.    My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I am a second cousin who grew up with Jean and her sister Jane.  My family and theirs were close.  Jean and I were good friends in our youth.  She was a very good kid. I hung out more with her and my sister Sally hung out with Jane.  Jean was somewhat of a tom boy as I remember.  I know her loss is hard on the family.  You will be in our prayers. Jean was such a wonderful person.  I enjoyed working with her at Asbury. We always had so much fun at work and at the teacher's conventions. I shall miss our lunches with Corene. Jean helped me so much during my cancer also. It was comforting to have someone to talk to and who understood all the difficulties challenges of being sick. I will miss you my dear friend. I use to spend time with Jean and Jane growing up.  Their father 'Pro' was a friend of my oldest brother.  We had family picnics filled with fun and food.  I am sorry for your loss. You all are in my prayers.  God Bless You.

That's when State Street stores closed every Wednesday at 12 noon. I remember the 4 cent table where yr mom worked and when we'd walk down yr street to get 10 cents ice cream. I will always love you. I got to know your mom when you and Holly were roommates many years ago. She was so beautiful and such a special woman and mother. I would like to express my condolences to the family of Jean. I never really got to  know her but John and Jane told me she had been sick for a long time. I know this has been hard loosing a loved one like this but at least we know that her suffering is over and she is with God. My prayers go out to all her family in their time of sorrow.
