Jeanne was born on June 1, 1964 and was raised in Maryland. She tied the knot with John on November 4, 1989. Over the next ten years, they would welcome Ben, Mara and Sally into the world. God gifted her with wild creativity, a sensitive heart and a love to serve others.
In God’s providence, she was given the hard gift of ALS. Over the course of 3.5 years, God used this disease to further conform her into the image of His Son. Her loves for the world slowly transitioned to desires to be in the presence of her Savior. By God’s grace, she is home. Her family is rejoicing in the midst of tears. Praise God for His goodness.
The visitation will be held on Saturday, 4/16 from 1- 4 PM, at Mitchell Funeral Home. The funeral and celebration of Jeanne’s life will be held on Monday, 4/18 at 10:30 AM at Providence Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sola Hot Mini 5K (solahotmini5k.com) to raise money to find a cure for ALS.
