Jeff W. Spiller, 67, passed away on May 21, 2026 at UNC Rex Hospital. Born on June 12, 1958 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; he was the son of the late Harold E. Spiller and Dolores B. Spiller and brother of: Catherine M. Spiller, of Raleigh and Lisa Miller and husband Sam, of Raleigh; and uncle of: Travis Miller.
Jeff was a land surveyor for the majority of his career, working on commercial and residential projects.
