She was born on August 15, 1989 in Erie, PA to Robin Wolbert Gibbs of North East.
Jesse graduated from Ripley Central High School class of 2007 and graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2013.
She was presently serving her internship at Mitchell Funeral Home in Raleigh, N.C. for the past year.
She is survived by her mother, Robin Wolbert Gibbs and husband John of North East; a sister, Jaime Marzka of North East; a brother, Stephen Simpkins of North East; fiancé, Joshua Drab of North East; niece, Peyton Baker of North East.
