

Kenneth H. Randolph, 88, of Raleigh passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 with his loving daughter, Alice by his side. He was born in Burlington, N.C. on June 25, 1923 to the late Johnny James and Emma Randolph.
Kenneth proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a self-employed accountant for over 50 years in the Raleigh area. He is survived by his daughter, Alice K. Randolph of Raleigh, brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Charles & Irene Allen, nieces; Vicky Marshburn and husband, Tommy, Jean Sears and husband, Eddie of Durham, Ann Brooks of Raleigh, Faye Strickland and husband, Don of Rocky Mt., Charlotte Troxell of Winston-Salem, Sue Randolph of Raleigh, Barbara Clare and husband, Dave of Grand Rapids, MI, nephews; Stanley Randolph of Hope Mills, Terry Wayne Randolph of Asheville, and sister-in-law, Beth Randolph. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Mae Randolph, sister, Adele Wilson of Graham, brothers; Hal Randolph of Durham, Ed Randolph of Hope Mills, Bob Randolph of Athens, GA, Marvin Randolph of Burlington, nephews; J.R. Randolph of Fayetteville, Charlie Allen of Raleigh, and niece, Eldred Randolph of Fayetteville and Edna Earl Randolph.
Flowers are welcome or the family request that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, or the Multiple Sclerosis Eastern Chapter of North Carolina.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm with the funeral service following at 2pm, Sunday, December 11, 2011 at the Wynne Center, Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 300 St. Mary’s St., Raleigh, N.C. 27605. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh.
