OBITUARY

Kimberly Warren Wilson

April 10, 1965January 11, 2020

Our hearts are heavy with the loss of Kimberly W. Wilson, age 54, who passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2020.

Our grief is lightened by the knowledge that she has found peace and has lifted her spirit to God. Kim was a beautiful woman who wanted to give of herself to others. She pursued an education in health sciences and became a certified medical assistant. She was a loving aunt to her four nieces and nephew, and an artist who enjoyed painting and singing. She was a "free spirit" who loved to travel and she adored all animals, especially her three cats. Her passing leaves a hole in the fabric of our family that will not be mended until we are once again reunited with her in Heaven.

She is survived by her mother: Marisha Coley Manning; father: J. Warren Creech; step-mother: Margaret Edwards Creech; sister: Lisa Creech Saleh; brother-in-law: Mounir Saleh; and by her nieces and nephew: Fairuz Noelle Saleh Scott, Simone Saleh Lawson, Gabrielle Saleh, Cecile Saleh and Jaden Saleh.

Private Services and Burial will take place on Sunday, January 19, 2020 with her immediate family at Mitchell Funeral Home and Raleigh Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Foundation of Hope - 6401 Glenwood Avenue - Raleigh, NC 27617.

I have the best memories of Kim and I being good friends in elementary school. We had reconnected on social media a few years back. She was a sweet person.

The news of Kim's passing has been really hard for me. She was a free spirit who was chasing her bliss. I have so many fun memories with her. She made me a more spontaneous person. I admired her bravery when she packed her car and moved across the country with little to no planning. I couldn't do that with no plan. She was a good friend. We had not seen each other in years, but she came to be by my side when my dad passed. It didn't matter how much time passed between our conversations, we would pick up like no time had passed. I will miss her, and regret that too much time has passed since our last connection. I know this is a difficult time for her family. They have my sincere condolences, and I will keep them all in my prayers. I love you Kim and pray you found your peace.

Dear Lisa and Family,

Oh, how we wish this wasn't so.
Claude and I want you to know how truly sorry we were to learn of the very recent and sudden loss of your dear Kimberly. Although we may not have known Kimberly in a very personal way, we can only imagine that losing her as the sister, friend and Aunt that she was, is a heart heavy burden right now.
Be assured that her kindred soul is in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father, until it is time to meet once again.

We have you in our thoughts and in our prayers, in this time of grief and sadness, as Kimberly is no longer of this earth. No doubt you will miss her immensely.
We pray for your Comfort and Strength in the days, weeks, and years to come.
May God Bless each of you, and May God Rest Her Precious Soul.
With Love,
Marsha El-Khouri Shiver & Claude B. Shiver, Jr.
