Letha Evelyn Whitmarsh, 89, of Whiteville, North Carolina formerly of Angier, North Carolina passed away the morning of July 4, 2012. She was born March 2, 1923 in Detroit, Kansas to Charles Weir and Ethyl Burton Weir.
She will be missed by her children, grandchildren, and many friends.
