Merlin and Family,
I am so sorry and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Peggy was always willing to help with any project going on at Green Pines Baptist Church. Her working hands gave the project a very special touch. I loved her smile and she was so sweet to everyone she met. I will miss her but know I will see her again in that big reunion. Rest in Peace.

Dear Merlin & the Gurley Family,
We will miss Peggy, her kindness and never ending smiles. Thank you for being so welcoming and taking care of the family with love for all and grand cooking.
I have so many memories of the fun pig pickins and rocking chairs on the porches at Uncle Carl’s. I loved watching everyone care for the mill and the horses in North Carolina.
With much love, gratitude and peace,
Lynley Whitley
