Mary is survived by her only son, Mike Hinton and wife, Helen, grandsons; Michael Hinton and wife, Christina and Robbie Hinton and fiance, Alexandra Warren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Hinton.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 at Soapstone United Methodist Church, 12837 Norwood Rd., Raleigh at 4 p.m. A burial will take place at Cannon Memorial Park in Fountain Inn, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Soapstone UMC in her memory.
