Immediate family members are son Charles and daughter Susanne, both of Raleigh, North Carolina and sister-in-law Judie Klavon, of Geneseo, Illinois. She was preceded in death by husband Larry Carpenter on September 20, 2021.
Nancy was born on January 13, 1937 in Moline, Illinois to Henry and Florence (VanIseghem) Longcor. She graduated from Alleman High School and worked at Geneseo School District as a Cafeteria worker for over 15 years. Nancy raised her family in Geneseo, IL and loved sewing, cooking and cows.
Her children will scatter her ashes, along with her husband's ashes, on April 18, 2022 which would have been their 57th Anniversary.
