To Kay, Diane and Al,
So sad to hear of our loss.  Your mother was always a bright spot in my almost daily visit to Stewart Health Center.  When I'd tell her how nice she looked, she would smile so sweetly and thank me.  She always seemed to be positive about life.  She will be missed greatly.  So glad you have wonderful recent family birthday party memories.  My heart goes out to you at this time of loss.

To Al and Kay and your families I express my deepest sympathies upon the passing of your dear mother who I remember with great fondness from our neighborhood days.

Al and Kay, I remember your mother as a dear, beautiful person with a smile on her face. It was always fun trick-or-treating at your house! (When Mama and Daddy made me turn my light out, I would sit on my bedroom window sill and read by your back porch light - I spent many happy hours that way.) I know you will miss her!

Al, Kay, Aunt Vergie and the rest of the family,

We are praying for all of you.  May The Lord Jesus draw each one of you closer to Him, and may you each see Him more closely during this time.  May He give you the Peace that can only come from Him.

Nice memories of Nell and Jim when we were at Hillyer during the 1970's.  We enjoyed them!  It was special seeing the pictures of her in these latter years, and a few from when we knew her.  We send our sympathy to your family.   Don and Nancy Brewer, Hiawassee, Georgia.

Some of my fondest memories are around our Thanksgiving family gathering with Nell always there. My earliest Christmas memories are at her home with the family. My prayers are with you all.

Dear Al, Kay, Virgie, Barbara, Bill and their families, Please know we send our love and deepest affection for you and the very hard loss of Nell. What a wonderful person she was to so many who knew her and her family at Hillyer through the years.

To the family and friends of Mrs Nell Whitehurst.... you have my heartfelt sympathy. I had the pleasure of getting to know her when I worked at Springmoor the past seven years (SV diningroom and Transportation) Every time I saw her during the day(no matter how many times) she would ALWAYS give me a BIG hug and tell me" I LOVE U". She was a sweetheart and a beautiful lady. I will always remember her. May our GOD continue to comfort you all ALWAYS....

Aunt Nell was one of the sweetest and kindest women I've ever known.  I have so many fond memories of her as I grew up.  I pray that Al, Kay and your families are comforted by the wonderful memories you have of Aunt Nell. My thoughts, love and prayers are with each of you.
