Reid Robert Parker

Reid’s family was blessed with him for 8 days before he went to his Heavenly Home on November 17, 2013. Reid was surrounded by his Mommy and Daddy and big brother Blake, as well as his grandparents during his brief time on this earth.

He was deeply loved by his parents, David and Erin Parker and big brother, Blake Parker of Raleigh; his maternal grandparents, Lorie and Gary Armstrong of Virginia Beach, Va., and his paternal grandparents, Bettye and Rickey Parker of Danville Va. He will also be missed greatly by his maternal aunt and uncle, Alison Armstrong and Eric Cureton, of Roanoke, Va., and maternal aunt, Devin Armstrong of Richmond, Va. Reid is survived also by his great grandparents, Robert and Erma Sanders, of Richmond, Virginia, Kathleen Armstrong of Ashland, Virginia and Malene Parker, of Suffolk, Virginia and many other relatives and friends.

Reid will always remain his parent’s precious baby boy and Blake’s little brother and they know they will be together again one day in heaven.

A celebration of life service will be held at Mitchell Funeral Home 7209 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27612, on Thursday November 21st at 11:00 am with interment to follow at Raleigh Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home beginning at 10 a. m. on November 21 to meet family and friends and at other times they will be at their residence, 10500 Swerling Way, Raleigh NC 27614.
