Throughout his life he dedicated his time to serving others as a devoted father and husband, a lifeguard, volunteer firefighter, teacher, children's church leader, neighbor and friend. His legacy lives on through his family, church, mission trips, and 50-year career in property & casualty insurance.
Rich shared his passion for Bible study, golf, fly fishing, raising chickens, outdoor activities, tandem bike riding, and teaching Gospel lessons through object lessons with his friends, children and grandchildren.
Rich enjoyed most styles of music and often spent time playing his accordion when not outdoors doing yard work, golfing, fishing, or taking care of his chickens.
