I worked with Richard for more that 20 years with Eastern Air Lines at RDU Airport.
We shared many hours together between flights and became very close. Richard
was my closest friend at Eastern and always on an even keel. He was the same old
Richard every day, easy going and helping others. I was the exact opposite, hard
headed and stubborn. However, we remained close friends even though he was
a N C State and fan I was for UNC. Richard was always POSITIVE with his customers
and his friends. I'll miss you, Old Friend.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time. Pat, Al, and
Galen you have been blessed have Richard in your lives.

Friend, have a great flight and I most likely will be joining you soon.
