Sherry, I am so sorry to hear about your husband. My prayers go out to you and your family. Please reach out to me if you need anything!

Our condolences to you Sherry and the family.  I know Bob loved his wife Sherry and his children very much.   Sherry was there with her husband  throughout his health challenges and showed a deep level of commitment and devotion.  We will be praying for the family in the days to come.

Bob was my brother in law . As the definition part of brother in law he seemed like a brother to me in alot of ways . Sherry is my twin sister and with that comes a lot of similarities that Bob understood . I have known Bob since he married my sister and the love they had was special . Of course they had ups and downs but most of the downs were  health related . Bob was a homebody who loved my sister and his children and to him that was it . I have spent hours at their house sometimes talking about life’s struggles and joys of children and marriage that in which I am grateful for our conversations. 
     I was there by Sherry’s side when he was in hospice and I know he knew the love of his wife . He held her hand most of the night 2 nights before he passed . Sherry has been strong and I honestly don’t know if he would have made it this long if not for her devotion . Bob was proud of his wife and his children .
    Today as my daughter try’s on her wedding dress for her upcoming nuptials to start a new beginning in life ,we are reminded that as the circle goes around in life where some things began and some things  end . We will miss you dearly brother !

Bob was a good man. Like all good men, he had help. Sherry Stubbs was his rock. She helped him in every way! Bob and I were Jeep lovers and loved to talk about Jeeps and the “good old days.” 

He will be remembered by all who knew him. A good man, father, and husband. I should also mention he was an astute person of human nature. His Psychology degree helped him in so many ways. He was a true genius. I respected him greatly and will miss him tremendously.

I got to know Bob when his family and mine collaborated to hold a surprise post wedding celebration for Robbie & Christina the summer of 2011.  Years later my youngest daughter, Kathleen, was participating in Special Olympics State Games bowling event in Raleigh.  We called Bob and Sherrie and without hesitation Bob took time to cheer on Kathleen while dealing with health issues. Bob loved his family and his extended family through marriage.  Bob will be missed but his legacy will live on through his family.

Bob was the cook when we were college roommates. He was very good. 

Mr. Bob was my long beloved neighbor nextdoor.  As a kid I would wander over and visit him in his garage.  He always seemed to be working on something, and I liked asking him what he was up to.  I think he would leave the side door open sometimes just in case, and would offer me a popsicle when I stopped by.  I will always cherish him as friend very early on in my life.  My condolences are with Sherry, Cliff and family.

Sherry, Jennifer, Rob, and Cliff, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. I have so many fond memories of Uncle Bob. He was so young when I came along, but from what I understand he loved showing me off driving around town. We will miss him, until we see him again. Love to you all.

My fondest memory of Bob, was a gift card I gave him for Sonic. He loved it! It was the small things for him. He didn't need big things, just a thought would make his day! His bond with Sherry and his children, was like no other! Everybody deserves that, and he proved it, daily. I will miss the stories and laughter.  Go rest high on that mountain.
