Roberta Jean Farwell, 88 of Raleigh died August 6, 2026.
A memorial service will be planned by the family on a future date to be held at Springmoor Retirement Community.
Roberta, formerly of Berrien Springs, MI lived in Raleigh for 23 years and is survived by her children: Michelle Carll (Don) of Saluda, NC; Erin Farwell Knotts (Mike) of Milford, NH; Dianna Lydiard of Raleigh and John Farwell (Janie) of Raleigh; grandchildren Zachary Carll
(Kandace) of Kingsport, TN; Grace Carll of Columbia, SC; Willow Knotts of Milford, NH; Tate, Kensie and Sadie Farwell of Raleigh; great-grandchildren Ezekiel, Maiva and August Carll of Kingsport, TN; and sister Janet West of Mattawan, MI.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Lindsay Carll.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation or Hospice of Wake County.
