Rosemary Bashaar Stroupe passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 80.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 300 Saint Mary's Street, Raleigh. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm.
