Ruth, passed away on Dec 17, 2013. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Lehman Tippett and her grandson, Lee Tippett. Ruth is survived by 4 daughters and a son: Patricia Thomas, Linda Johnson, Robert Tippett , Teresa Tippett, and Kimberly Williams. She leaves behind 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at Mitchell Funeral Home on Saturday, 11:00 With Service following at noon, burial at 1:00pm at Raleigh Memorial Gardens
