She was born on May 3, 1939, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, daughter of the late Leo and Velma Herber.
She is lovingly remembered by her 4 sons, Charles and his wife Susan, of Boyd Texas, Mark and his wife Kristi, of Wilson NC, Bret, of Dayton OH, and Todd, of Raleigh. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Jennifer, Nick, Noah and Ainsley. She was predeceased by her brothers, Don and Robert Herber.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 19, at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh NC 27612.
