Theresa HuynhNga Thi Phan, age 87, passed away on October 14, 2026 WakeMedical Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. Born on September 20, 1939 in Vietnam; she was the daughter of the late Xieu Van Phan and Gioi Thi Duong and wife of the late Peter Hien Trung Le.
She is lovingly remembered by her three daughters: Brittaney LaPerna (James LaPerna) and their children, Elizabeth LaPerna (Austin Garrigas) and Catherine LaPerna; Huong Nguyen Le (Lim Bui) and their children, Vy Bui (Daniel Wadsworth) and Le Bui; Huong Nhu Le (Phil Ly) and their children, Sophia Ly and Jasmine Ly; by her son: Phan Le (Phuong Nguyen) and their children, Amanda Le, Phan Le, Jr. "Alex" and Alicia Le; and by other family and friends, including her siblings and their families.

A Prayer Service will be held on Friday evening, October 23, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Mitchell Funeral Home in Raleigh, North Carolina. Family will receive friends during and afterwards until 9:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, October 24, 2026 beginning at 9:00 am at Our Lady of La Vang Catholic Church in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a Committal Service following at Raleigh Memorial Park.
