Vitaliy is survived by his three children, David, Vialetta, and Victoria Lokshin; his mother; Liya Klibson; his sister Natella Shine and his long time partner, and Love of his Life, Fannie Smith .
A Celebration of Vitaly’s Life will be held in the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 3:30 pm, with a reception immediately following at 4:30 pm. A Video of the Service can be found below under the heading DONATIONS - for those unable to attend.
