Jun. 6, 1952 – Nov. 11, 2025
Our beloved father Wen Long Chuang was born in Taiwan on June 6,1952 and the Lord took him to his eternal home on November 11, 2025. He was the oldest son of ten children in his family. He was well respected and loved by his five brothers and four sisters. One of his sisters, Jennifer (Kuei Tan) and her husband (Andrew Tan) had sponsored him to be the Chef of the China King restaurant they opened in Cary in 1992. He was a hardworking man who provided for his family until he retired in 2008. He has two grown children named Ching-yi (Grace) and Chih-wei Chuang and both have completed their college education here in North Carolina.
Wen Long was known for his resilience, caring, and generosity among his friends and family. He indeed fought a good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith. He used his fisherman strategy to share the gospel of hope to those he encountered, shared his harvest with those he loved, and utilized his gift of cooking to serve the church family. We know he was well loved and will be missed deeply, but we have hope to see him again in our eternal home.
